All athletes train in groups with the maximum group size is 20 athletes. There are 2 coaches with the athletes for the entire training session. Each athlete chooses the time/group they wish to join and they will be with that group everyday. Within each group the coaches will place athletes into mini groups of 4 where everyone is at a similar strength level.
The groups are:
9:00AM - Pro & NCAA athletes.
11:00AM - OHL, NCAA & Junior athletes
Athletes are free to select any of the following group times.
3:00PM
4:00PM
6:00PM
